Robert was Great. I called him and sent him a couple pictures of what I needed done for my home. He was able to give me a reasonable quote. So we schedule a cleaning two days later. When Robert showed up I explained to him I had to pressure clean my home and depending on how it turned out I would have to repaint. I really thought it was going to cost 2000.00 for a new paint Job. Thanks to Robert and his knowledge and expertise to know exactly how to handle my situation. I was over satisfied with the quality of his work. I no longer need to have my home painted. I highly recommend Robert. They say you can do anything with the right tools but if the right tools don’t have the Right Guy that knows how to use them. Then the guy you got is not the right guy. We have been hiring pressure washing companies to clean our doublewide, patio and driveway in Spanish Lakes for the past 12 years. By FAR the best experience we've ever had is with "Know Pressure"! Their attention to detail; their careful care of sensitive areas; and, their professionalism has been extremely impressive. We've even used them to pressure wash inside our screen room. That room contains a variety of difficult electrical considerations around water (ceiling fans, lights, TV, refrigerator, plugs, etc.). They hand-cleaned around those areas to guarantee zero issues. Even their name makes us smile when we see it with their Logo on their equipment and vehicles..."Know Pressure"...how clever. Do yourselves a favor and hire them for any of your pressure washing needs (If we could only get them to do Inside our home...!) ~ Bruce G

After calling 3 other pressure cleaning companies someone finally answered. This Gentleman was polite & took all my info & scheduled a time 2 days out. The best part was not only did he show up but he was actually early. I was the one running late as usual. I was met with a smile & a handshake, he asked what I wanted I told him & to work he went. Being a retired service Plumber myself it was nice seeing a clean new truck & trailer with state of the art equipment. I was very impressed as I ran my business the same way. After he was done my pavers looked like new again. He returned all my patio furniture properly & he cleaned up. We had small talk for a bit & it ended with a smile & a hand shake. It's hard these days finding customer service like this, it's why I took the time to write all that I did. I'm very impressed & he is our new go to guy in the future. TY Rob & Comapy. Rob cleaned my roof which was pretty dirty, and he also did my gutters and driveway..Then he went across the street and cleaned my neighbors roof,windows,lanai, fence and gutters...The guy is patient and very nice and easy to deal with and very responsive.. He also is very fair with his prices unlike other companies ( i called a few).. I included some before and after pictures And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROB and definitely willll use him again..This is not a paid review nor did he ask me to leave one, it is from the heart because he deserves it.. Know Pressure Exterior Cleaning I was referred to Know Pressure by a company who previously did this kind of work, but no longer does. Robert came in a timely fashion to review the job and gave me an accurate and fair estimate for the requested work to be done. Once I hired him, he communicated efficiently and showed up on the date and time promised. He did an excellent job on the roof, gutters and pool enclosure and cleaned up behind himself. It’s more than pressure cleaning, it’s solving problems when you don’t have the time, know-how and equipment. I had an oil stain on my paved driveway, tried many things but nothing worked. The last resort was to replace the pavers. Robert went the extra mile. He did his research, found a product, and along with his know-how, he was able to remove the oil stain. My home hadn’t been cleaned on the outside in a few years. Being disabled I stopped doing outside work. It’s very hard to find reliable, HONEST, decent priced people to do work. This gentlemen did a FANTASTIC job, power washing my entire home (1900 sq ft) plus walkway and driveway! Will have him come back twice a year for maintenance! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ~ Valerie M

Know Pressure Washing did outstanding work cleaning my roof utilizing a soft wash method for a very affordable price. Robert covered the bushes, grass and vegetation around the home to minimize cleaning solution contact. Afterwards, everything was washed down with clean water. He took the time necessary to do a excellent job paying attention to detail. ~ Dave L
